 Pantry Meal #2: Butternut Squash Raviolis with Buttery Garlic Brown Sugar Sauce

The second of my "ingredients on hand meals", this super easy ravioli dish makes the sauce for you!I placed earth balance spread in my bowl with garlic powder, brown sugar ( you don't need much these ravioli are already super sweet), and a generous amount of fresh ground black pepper. I used leftover (I stored what I hadn't used in the freezer) Trader Joe's fresh butternut squash raviolis.

Once my raviolis were heated through, (about 5 min) I placed them on top of the buttery sauce to melt it. Just stir to coat and enjoy!

Pair with a simple mixed greens salad for a more balanced meal. Have more time to prep? Use roasted fresh garlic instead of powdered to kick up the flavor. I paired this dish with a 400lb.  Monkey, a delicious IPA made by Left Hand Brewing Co.
