Kate Van Lenten: I love all things food and health and hope to share my knowledge and experiences with others in an effort to improve their health and well being. I love to learn from other cultures and am always open to trying new things. I focus on enjoying the food that I eat, and try to eat primarily plant based foods. Most would call me a vegetarian but I am not a fan of labels and sometimes indulge in a lamb chop or two. I have a sensitivity to lactose, but am a cheese addict so I have learned to pace myself rather than devour the entire wheel of brie in one sitting. I love to entertain, cook for others, and hopefully inspire others to try something new.
